  • Most practitioners reserve scanners for 1 week, but you may extend to 2 weeks if needed for your patient schedule.

  • Simply pick the scanner you would like to try out and reserve it for the day(s) that your full arch patients are scheduled. We will ship the scanner to you overnight and send you an email with tracking information. On the last day of your reservation, please sterilize all parts, repackage the scanner and parts, and ship back to the lab with the included return label.  

  • We would love the opportunity to discuss your case with you before or after your reservation. We assure you that Oral Arts can take care of your needs from surgical guide design, temps, final restorations, and more!

  • Yes, we provide full support and maintenance throughout the rental period. Our support team is available to help with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise with the hardware. In the event of hardware failure, we offer prompt replacements to minimize downtime. 

  • We encourage you to discuss your case with our technical team before or after your reservation. Oral Arts delivers comprehensive solutions from surgical guides to temporary and final restorations.
